High-Performance Refrigeration

Equipped with Scopos (formerly Danfoss) compressors, it achieves ultra-low cold trap temperatures (≤-56°C standard, optional -80°C), ensuring rapid sublimation and efficient moisture capture (3 kg/batch).

Intelligent Control System

A 7-inch color touchscreen with embedded OS (ARM9 core) enables real-time monitoring of parameters (temperature, vacuum) and data storage/export via USB. Historical freeze-drying curves can be reviewed for quality control.

Transparent & Durable Chamber

The polycarbonate drying chamber is corrosion-resistant, shatterproof, and offers high visibility for process validation.

Vacuum System Protection

Automatically activates the vacuum pump only when the cold trap reaches the preset temperature, extending pump lifespan.
